Feasibility Reports and Recommendation Reports

A feasibility report should include an executive summary which includes a brief summary of the content, the purpose for writing, the problem, and the scope. The scope will describe the solution and the criteria in order they will be discussed. Some examples of the criteria could include costs, personnel, public perception, and resources. Next, we will move into the discussion section, here we will take our first criteria name it, and explain why it was selected and how it's used. We will also include our data, and interpret the data as it relates to the solution. For every criterion you select you will do this format. After discussing our criterion, we will move on to the conclusion here will we summarize the data and give our conclusions for the data and interpretations. After the conclusion, we will move to the recommendation, here we will either recommend or reject the solution given. After that, we will put in our contact information. At the end, we will also include any sources or references we used in a documentation section. Finally, we will include an appendix which will include any additional information. Below is an attached format of a feasibility report.

A recommendation report is similar in all aspects however where the difference lies is that the recommendation report selects one solution out of multiple. The format of writing a recommendation report is exactly the same. Attached is the format example of the recommendation report.
